From Order to Dispatch – What Happens Behind the Scenes  

Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to get it ready for shipping.    
Every product is thoughtfully packed to preserve its fabric and detailing during transit.    
We do not process or dispatch orders during public holidays or weekends.    
As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all necessary details.

Delivery Missed? Let’s Fix That  

Missed deliveries are given up to two more attempts by our courier partners.    
If all attempts fail, your parcel is returned to us for safekeeping.    
We’re happy to resend your order however, extra shipping costs may apply.    
To avoid such issues, please ensure someone is available to collect the delivery.    
Always double-check your address before confirming the order, and contact us promptly if changes are needed.

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours and include images for quicker resolution.
